How to start selling shirts to businesses?
I have a little homemade silk-screening business. So far I've only sold shirts directly to customers, but I would like to sell to stores as well. Is there anything I need to know about this? I realize that it would be easier to sell them to local businesses, but I need some tips.
Also, I'm using American Apparel shirts that I bought off of eBay (since I do not qualify for a wholesale account). Are there any issues with using these shirts?
1- you would have to come up with wholesale costs that allow the retailer to male a profit and YOU to make a profit
2- you would probably have to sell on credit and wait 30-60 days for payment and you will almost definitely have customers who are slow to pay and you have to keep after them - very nasty business - can survive paying for 100's of shirts up front that you may have to wait months to be paid for?

Besides, it's also a great Valentines Day Gifts for Her and the movie makers and many movie lovers start up the anti-piracy campaigns, which is bad messages to the DVDs wholesalers, even if they are legal. In recent years, the movie tickets price is dropped so that more common income family or individual can buy. And movie theaters often take some sales promotion activities to get audience. So, the formation of the two separatist phenomena engendered.
From the recent development situation, wholesale DVDs is a little on the upper hand because of its broad sales and the feature of general public. But, the battle of wholesale DVDs and cinemas still go on and it is hard to determine who will be the loser at last.
