ANYONE EVER USED UNLOCKITNOW.COM TO UNLOCK A PHONE?

I paid $19.95 on unlockitnow.com to receive a code by e-mail to unlock my pantech slate so that I can use it for T-Mobile. I still have yet to receive my code and I'm beginning to wonder if this is a scam. I'm very aggrivated and I was wondering if anyone has ever used this website before to unlock a phone? Thanks.
