Which cell phone to buy in budget of Rs 7000/-?

Hi,
I would like to purchase a cellphone within Rs. 7000/- preferably nokia or sony ericsson.However please also suggest good cellphones of other brands as well.It should have all the best possible features available lately.Expandable memory slot,bluetooth,good battery backup,USB cable,WAP,no overheating,minimum 2MP camera,FM radio,mssging,MMS,email,video recorder,etc are a must. Wifi,touchscreen,3G,motion sensor,PTT will be an added advantage.
Kindly suggest me some good cellphones in the above range alongwith the limitations of the same if any.
