Scan Dick Error: Cant copy the device is not ready?

I own a "Sprint Mobile Broadband Smart Device MOTO QTM by Motorola®" and it uses a "2GB microsd card" When I plug the card in to my PC using its addaptor and attempt to copy a file to it i get this error any clue?

I hope its not a "Scan Dick Error"..If not it might be because your memory card is not high enough quality to your phone.
Try hooking it up to your computer and putting something on it then put it back in your moto q this usually works.
