Unlock Apple

i tried a couples of times to unlock my apple iphone 16gb,but it wont work.I used ziphone software.?

i bought it online from the seller in CANADA,and its unlocked when i got it.I just klik the upgrade/update in itunes,and since then,it lock.
please help me unlock my iphone....im begging u guysssssssss......
