How can I remove the cover of a wall-phone?
Do you mean remove cover from the telephone itself or the phone jack?
To remove the cover from the phone (don't know why you want to, but....) depends on the model. With some, you will find a couple of screws in the front. They may be covered up by the plastic telephone number cover. Pry it off and you should see the screws.
Older models have a clip on the bottom. You take a screwdriver and gently push up on it, then pull outward on the cover.
